 On July 19, 2016 at 1:00 AM the Kentville Police Service responded to a robbery at the Ultramar

Corner Store, Park Street, Kentville. Preliminary investigation revealed a white male with an athletic build (muscular), about 5’7″ ‐ 5’8″ tall, between 170 ‐ 180 lbs, wearing a black ball hat; grey muscle shirt, blue jeans and sneakers entered the store demanding money. The suspect disguised his face, but did not appear to have weapon. The suspect exited the store with several packages of cigarettes and fled on foot. The clerk was not harmed during the incident.

On Friday, June 10th, 2016, at approximately 5:00 pm, an East Coast Lifestyle hat was stolen from NSLC located at 51 Queen Street, Bridgetown. Annapolis District RCMP is asking for the public assistance with anyone who can identify the persons in the photos below. Subject in the red jacket took the hat while subject in the black “Atlantic Destiny” jacket distracted the employee.

On Tuesday August 23rd, at about 9:30 p.m., an apartment building on New Chester Road, in Pace Settlement, Nova Scotia was set on fire. The cause of the fire is considered as suspicious.

On Friday October 21st, between 6:00a.m and 6:30p.m., a residence on Coopers Road, in Tangier, Nova Scotia was broken into. Multiple items were stolen including fire arms, jewelry, tools and electronics.

Mischief Lower Sackville NS

Crime Stoppers and Lower Sackville RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in solving a crime of Public Mischief which took place in Lower Sackville NS.

On Monday the24th of October Lower Sackville RCMP responded to a weapons complaint and robbery in progress at a business located at 622 Sackville Drive.  The complaint turned out to be a hoax, there was no robbery taking place.   Lower Sackville RCMP are looking for any information that the public might have in relation to this complaint.

Theft of Motor Vehicle Lunenburg Co, NS

Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in solving a case a Stolen Motor vehicle from Lunenburg Co NS

Sometime between the hours of 2300hrs on 2016-10-14 and 0930hrs on 2016-10-15 a 1998 Jeep Cherokee, NS plate CDG 519 was stolen from a driveway located at 1494 Upper Branch Road in Auburndale, N.S. The vehicle is 2 door, black in color with gold pin striping on the side, and also has a front license plate “Here comes trouble” wrote on it.

Keys to the Cherokee were taken from the basement inside the complainants residence while the complainant was sleeping. No forced entry into the home as it was unlocked and nothing else disturbed or stolen. No suspects and no known direction of travel.

Break Enter & Theft Bridgewater NS

Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in solving two break enter and thefts which happened in Bridgewater NS.

Sometime overnight of Friday August 19, 2016 two car dealerships were broken into in Bridgewater.  One was Carroll’s South Shore GMC and the other was Saunders Motor Dodge dealership.  Taken in both breaks were MVI Stickers.

Theft Halifax NS

halifax-theft-1Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest in relation to a theft from Superstor on Barrington Street in Halifax

On Friday, September 23rd, 2016 at 8:35 pm  a male entered the store.

The male then walks into the community room, which is located across from the washrooms.

At 8:43 pm this person leaves the community room, wheeling out a black case. This case contained numerous items such as IPAD air 2 tablets, HP tablets, power bars, extension cords etc. Total value of the items is estimated to be $20,000. The male suspect then takes the elevator downstairs and is seen wheeling the case out of the store at 8:46 pm.

Descriptions: (1) white male, in his 20’s, skinny with short brown hair and wearing a black jacket.

RCMP are trying to identify a person of interest in relation to a theft of credit cards from a vehicle parked at Pomquet Beach in Pompquet Nova Scotia. One of the cards was later used at a business in Aulds Cove Nova Scotia.

Unsolved Homcides Sheet Harbour NS

On December 12th, 2012, the remains of 59-year-old Earle Stewart of Herring Cove Road and 22-year-old Matthew Hebb of Herring Cove Road were found after emergency personnel responded to a structure fire off Highway 374 near Sheet Harbour. Officers from the  Major Crimes unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division continue to work to solve these crimes and remain committed to these investigations.

Police are hoping that persons with information will come forward to speak with investigators with the goal of ultimately leading to an arrest in this case.  ‘The community plays a critical role in solving crimes and we need their help with this case,’ says Constable Jody Allison of the Major Crimes Unit. ‘Any piece of information could prove useful to investigators.’
