Sometime between February 12 and March 26 2017 three long guns were stolen from a seasonal residence in Parrsboro. During the break and enter, a MOSSBERG 12 gauge shotgun, a MOSSBERG bolt action 20 gauge shotgun and a REMINGTON semi auto 22 were stolen.

Sometime overnight of Tuesday March 21, 2017 and Wednesday March 22, 2017 two Mustang Immersion Suits ( cold water emergency suits for fishing boats ) valued at over $1,000. were stolen from a boat in Chester NS.

Sometime between February 5th and 18th, 2017 a residence was broken into.  A quantity of firearms and hunting related equipment were stolen.

Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in solving a theft which happened in Bedford NS

This crime happened at a pharmacy in Bedford on January 27th, 2017. The three suspects positioned themselves behind the victim to observe her pin number during the transaction. As then victim was leaving the store one of the suspects distracted the victim while the second slipped his hand in her bag and took her wallet.  The suspects bank account was later accessed.

On February 21^st, 2017 in the early morning hours, a grey Ford F150 truck was stolen from the Oxford area. This vehicle was located on Highway 6 in Port Howe, Nova Scotia soon afterwards. Police are looking for any information about the driver or anyone that may have been around this vehicle.

Break, enter and theft into a residential garage in the South Uniacke area 2017-02-07 between the 22:00 hr – 09:00 hr.

Numerous tools used for carpentry work of an approx. value $3,400.00 were stolen from the garage.

Stolen carpentry tools can be identified by a hole punched in the bottom of the tools by the complainant in a certain spot to identify them.

Suspect(s) used a pry bar to open a heavy industrial door with a lock. An older model “pea green” Subaru Impresa station wagon was seen near the scene at the time of the theft. A “tallish” female wearing a blue hat, 16 to 25 yrs of age, was seen as a passenger in the suspect vehicle.

Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in connection with two robberies that that occurred last weekend in Halifax.

Shortly after 2 a.m. on February 11, a man entered the Shell Gas Station located at 2616 Robie Street and demanded cash. The man left the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was physically injured in the incident.

Later that day at approximately 2:05 p.m., police responded to a report of a robbery at the C Shop located at 6141 Young Street. A man had entered the store and demanded cash from the cashier. A quantity of money was turned over to the man before he fled the area on foot toward Young Street. There was no weapon seen or indicated and the cashier wasn’t physically injured in the incident.

The same man is believed to be involved both incidents. He is described as white, in his 30s with a tattoo on the back of his neck, scruffy facial hair, missing teeth, and wearing a dark coloured jacket, a dark coloured toque, jeans and black shoes.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about the man’s identity or these incidents to contact police at 490-5020. On January 09, 2017 New Glasgow Regional Police received a report of a stolen vehicle that occurred sometime around 11:30pm on January 5, 2017. The vehicle is described as a Brown 2014 Honda Civic car with no plate attached and was stolen from Ceilidh Honda 393 Westville Road, New Glasgow.
