Police investigate Bedford sexual assaults

Police are investigating three sexual assaults that occurred yesterday evening in Bedford.

At approximately 7 p.m. police received a report of a sexual assault that occurred on the pathway of Amesbury Gate near Larry Uteck Boulevard. A man approached a woman who was not known to him and touched her in a sexual manner.

At approximately 7:55 p.m. police received a report of a sexual assault that occurred on the Kearney Lake Dam Trail. A man approached a woman who was not known to him and touched her in a sexual manner.

At approximately 8 p.m. police received a report of a sexual assault that occurred near the Kearney Lake Dam Trail. A man approached a woman who was not known to him and touched her in a sexual manner.

The suspect in all three incidents is described as a man in his late teens to early 20s with a dark complexion, short dark hair, thin build and approximately 5’8” to 6’ tall. He was wearing a blue tank top, dark pants and sneakers.
