Sometime between Tuesday, February 19th and Saturday, February 26th, 2008, 57 bundles of shingles were stolen from outside a building site at Cornwallis Park, Annapolis County.
The shingles area described as Rampart, 25 year shingles two tones brown. The bundles were wrapped in brown paper with black and red lettering, 22 shingles in each bundle.
Sometime between Monday February 18, 2008 and the early morning of Tuesday February 19, 2008 culprits broke into the Liverpool Auto and Metal Recyclers.
Some of the items stolen included 30 radiators, 3 catalytic convertors and around 30 lbs of copper wire.
A late model Chev or Ford truck may have been used to transport the stolen property.
Sometime between 9:00 pm on February 13th and 7:20 am on the 14th 2008 a storage shed belonging to Frito Lay was broken into in Hebron Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia. 25 cases of large bags of Frito Lay Potato Chips were stolen.
Between November 30th, 2007 and January 8th, 2008 a private garage was broken into on Roberts Island in Yarmouth County, Nova Scotia. Stolen were four fifteen inch Summer Tires/Rims; four seventeen inch Summer Tires/Rims; two Sports Car Seats – black/grey in color and a Chain Saw.
Crime Stoppers is asking for the public help in solving the attempted robbery of the Canadian Tire Gas Bar, Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia.
Do you recognize the lone thief who attempted to rob the Canadian Tire Gas Bar on Sackville Drive just across the street from Payzant Home Hardware during the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 26, 2007.
The store clerk alerted the store’s manager and the would be thief ran out of the store without getting any money.
The photo of the suspect clearly shows he is white male wearing a black hoodie and sunglasses.

At around 6:10 AM on December 9th, 2006 police were called to the Pedway at Alfred Street in Dartmouth N.S.
A pedestrian had discovered a young man lying face down on the pedway over Victoria Road.
Paramedics arrived on the scene and transported the victim to the hospital.
The victim later identified as David Joseph Hannan succumbed to his injuries and passed away a few days later in hospital.
Police investigators have determined this incident a homicide and are appealing to the public for help.
