

Police are continuing to investigate a robbery that occurred in Halifax in June and are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect.
The suspect is described as a white woman, approximately 5’7” tall, wearing a blonde wig, large tan sun hat, black pants, and grey jacket. The suspect also wore large black sunglasses, a white medical mask covering her face and gloves. A dark-coloured tattoo was also observed on the left side of the suspect’s lower back.
On June 26 at approximately 12:30 p.m., officers responded to a robbery that occurred at the CIBC Bank, located at 18 Parkland Drive in Halifax. A woman entered the bank, threatened all inside while waving a firearm and demanded money from the tills. The woman went behind the counter and took a quantity of money. She then fled the scene in a black vehicle.
No employees or customers were physically injured during the incident.
