At approximately 1015 hours on July 9th, 2024, the driver of a 4 door Ford Focus attended the Shell gas station in Digby and filled his vehicle and a gas can with fuel prior to driving off without paying claiming he was going to get his wallet. The Ford Focus is light green with black front fenders and a black rear hatch. There is a temporary tag in the front passenger side windshield, and a blank plate attached to the front of the vehicle. There was no license plate on the rear of the vehicle at the time of offence. The driver is described as a white male in his mid 20s, wearing blue jeans and ball cap and a plaid shirt. There was also a smaller statured blond female in the front seat, and a dog in the rear of the vehicle.
