UPDATE: Police now investigating homicide
December 29, 2021, Lake Loon, Nova Scotia…The suspicious death of a 28-year-old man is now being investigated as a homicide.
At approximately 10:50 p.m. on December 23, Halifax District RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Lake Loon Rd. in Lake Loon. Police located a man deceased in the vehicle and his death has been ruled a homicide.
The investigation is ongoing and is being supported by the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner’s Office and the RCMP Forensic Identification Services.
