RCMP request public’s help to solve arson
December 21, 2020, Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia… The Integrated RCMP/HRP General Investigation Section of the Criminal Investigative Division is investigating the arson of a fishing vessel in Fisherman’s Cove, Eastern Passage.
In the early morning of December 18, a Halifax District RCMP member located a boat on fire at Government Wharf Rd. No one was on the boat at the time of the incident. Halifax Fire and Emergency attended and put the fire out
Investigators have obtained surveillance video from the area and determined that the fire was intentionally set.
