Help RCMP identify suspect in theft

July 26, 2019, Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia… Halifax District RCMP is asking for help from the public to identify a suspect in two thefts from a business on Forest Hill Pky. in Cole Harbour which occurred on February 6 and May 25, 2019.

On February 6, 2019, at approximately 9:30 p.m. a man was leaving the store and set off the alarm. The male started yelling. The employees did not approach him and he left the business. The suspect was later observed on surveillance camera putting product in his coat.

Just before 2 p.m. on May 25, 2019, the same man entered the business and was seen on video bending down out of view of the surveillance camera. The man then gets up and walks toward the back of the business. He turns around and is observed adjusting his hooded sweater that appears larger then when he first entered the business. The man exits the business, the alarm goes off and he runs down the parking lot.

The suspect is described as a white male, thin with a beard and mustache, weighing approximately 190 lbs and approximately 6-foot tall.
