Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in solving two break enter and theft cases which occurred in Pictou County NS
During the overnight hours of January 8, 2015 unknown person(s) stole a King Generator valued at $500 and approximately 300 litres of fuel from an N.R. Kenney Logging operation on Back Road, Brookland, Nova Scotia. The unknown suspects broke the lock off of a metal housing unit and removed a generator which had been bolted down and then pumped off the fuel.
During the overnight hours of January 8, 2015 unknown person(s) entered the Scott Weeks quarry at the head of Six Mile Brook Road, Six Mile Brook (or Scotsburn), NS. Suspects broke into the weight scale house and stole two jerry cans of gasoline and then cut a lock and entered a tool storage area in a sea can, nothing appears missing. Also stolen was approximately 700 litres in bulk fuel.
