Crime Stoppers and Annapolis District RCMP is asking for the public’s help in solving  a robbery and assault  which took place in Paradise Annapolis Co N.S..

On September 19, 2015 at 7:13 p.m.  Annapolis District RCMP responded to a report of a robbery and assault at Poole Scrapyard and MR M.R. Poole Works Ltd. Excavating in Paradise.  A preliminary investigation has determined that two males entered the business and held down the lone employee while the other took a quantity of cash and the video camera system.

The first suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’6” medium build with a dark hoodie tied tight around his face, wearing dark jeans and mirrored safety glasses.

The second suspect is described as a white male, approximately 6′ heavier build with a grey hoodie tied tight around his face, wearing light carpenter style pants and mirrored safety glasses.

Crime Stoppers and Oxford RCMP are asking for the public’s help in solving a theft of an excavator in Oxford Junction NS.

The Oxford RCMP responded to complaint of theft of a Yellow 2007 Caterpillar Excavator Model 305ccr. The Cat was taken near the 321 Highway in Oxford Junction sometime between December 28^th 2015 and January 12^th 2016. This machine is a 6 metric ton Excavator. Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in solving a break and enter that occurred at a pharmacy in Yarmouth NS.

At approximately 4:25 a.m. on January 7, Yarmouth Town RCMP received a report of a smashed door at the Pharmasave at 333 Main St in Yarmouth.  Upon arriving at the scene, police discovered that the building had been entered and an undisclosed amount of narcotics were stolen.  After a preliminary investigation, it is believed that only one person entered the pharmacy and committed the theft before departing the scene.

Crime Stoppers and Halifax Regional Police are asking for the public’s help in solving a case of property damage in Halifax NS.

At approximately 0100 hrs, 8 December 2015 Unknown suspects toppled over 60 headstones in the Holy Cross Cemetery, 1259 South Park St, causing $10,000 – $15,000 worth of damage, and destroying between 10-20 priceless headstones.

Crime Stoppers and  Halifax District RCMP are asking for the public’s help in solving a case of Auto Theft  from a parking lot at the Quality Inn Hotel located near Stanfield International Airport.

On January 10, 2016, Halifax District RCMP responded to a complaint of a stolen pickup truck from the Quality Inn Hotel on Sky Blvd. A preliminary investigation has determined that the truck was stolen between December 29, 2015 and January 10, 2016.  The pickup is described as a 2004 Ford F-250, extended cab, brown in color with Nova Scotia license plate FM 40658 (farm plate). The vehicle has an orange roof light and a red 100 litre external fuel tank in the bed of the truck.

Crime Stoppers and Lunenburg District RCMP are looking for information surrounding the theft of a large shed from a residence on Canaan Road in Chester that occurred mid to late 2014.

A preliminary investigation has determined that the fully assembled shed was taken from the residence during the day and trucked from the area by a group of individuals.  It is possible that the individuals who transported the shed were not aware that the shed was stolen or sold to them under false pretences.

Crime Stoppers and Richmond County RCMP are asking for the public’s help in solving a case of Mischief & Theftin West Arichat Cape Breton NS.

Preliminary investigation determined that culprit(s) broke into a boat in the Cove Road area of West Arichat. Once onboard, the boat motor was damaged and an AEC computer was stolen.  The computer was loaded with “Olex” mapping software, used in fisheries for navigation and charting.  The combined value of the damage and theft exceeds $28,000.

On December 12th, 2012, the remains of 59-year-old Earle Stewart of Herring Cove Road and 22-year-old Matthew Hebb of Herring Cove Road were found after emergency personnel responded to a structure fire off Highway 374 near Sheet Harbour. Officers from the  Major Crimes unit of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division continue to work to solve these crimes and remain committed to these investigations.

Police are hoping that persons with information will come forward to speak with investigators with the goal of ultimately leading to an arrest in this case.  ‘The community plays a critical role in solving crimes and we need their help with this case,’ says Constable Jody Allison of the Major Crimes Unit. ‘Any piece of information could prove useful to investigators.’

Sometime in the early morning hours of October 18th, 2015 a 2009 grey Yamaha YXR-700 side by side ATV was stolen from a residence on Wolsey Street in Springhill.  It appears that the culprits moved the ATV toward North Street, without keys.

Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in solving a case of Theft in Lower Westwood NS

On November 9^th 2015 between 3:30 pm and 5:50 pm an ATV was stolen in Lower Westworth NS on the 307 highway. A red 2013 Honda Foreman ATV with Licence GS375 was parked beside a shed at the time of the offense. The keys were not in the ignition.
