THE AMHERST DETACHMENT OF THE R.C.M.P. (902-667-3859) IS REQUESTING THE PUBLIC’S ASSISTANCE IN SOLVING THIS CRIME:
Sometime between December 29th 2014 and January 1st 2015, a camp off of the Shulie Road near Joggins N.S. was broken into. The break and enter started with the suspect(s) shooting the lock off the gate and entering the property. RCMP Officers on site noted bullet holes in the gate locking system. While on property, the suspect(s) further broke into the camp and stole a Champion 3000W generator, a Craftsman Mitre Saw and a Jobmate hatchet.
