Police Investigate Break & Enter with Weapon – Dartmouth

On May 3rd at 1:56 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a break
and enter in the 0-50 block of Woodlawn Road Dartmouth. A male armed with a piece of wood and
knife forced his way into a residence and assaulted two residents, who are known
to him. The suspect stole a vehicle
belonging to one of the victims. Police attempted to stop the vehicle, but it
did not stop. The pursuit was stopped for safety concerns. The vehicle
was later located abandoned. The
suspect has not been located and has been identified as:
Dennis Johnson – White male, 62 years old, 6’0”, 155 lbs.
Police request the public not to approach Johnson.
