Theft of vehicle from carpool parking lot
February 24, 2019, Chester Basin, Nova Scotia… Chester RCMP are investigating the theft of a motor vehicle from a carpool lot in Chester Basin.
Yesterday, Chester RCMP received a complaint that a 2015 black Volkswagen Golf TDI Sportwagen with Nova Scotia license plate FZH 148 was taken from the car pool parking lot located at Exit 9 on the 103 Hwy in Chester Basin. The car was parked there at 9 a.m. and when the owner returned at 5:30 p.m. the car was gone. The investigation is ongoing.
