Rupert is a suspect in a large number of occurrences spanning right across Canada.</strong></strong></strong></span></p>
<p align="left"><strong><strong><strong>RUPERT befriends senior citizens, convinces them he’s a nephew, a distant relative or in some cases a member of building management. He then asks for money, usually for car repairs. Rupert gets the victim to attend a bank with him where they withdraw a large amount of money and give it to him believing he intended to repay the money.</strong></strong></strong></p>
