			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s assistance in solving the following theft. </p>
<p>On 2010-04-30 between 5:30 am and 3:00 pm, numerous items were stolen from a secluded fishing shed located on Passage Road, Sheet Harbour Passage, NS.  </p>
<p>Suspects took numerous items including three Johnson outboard motors, a green aluminum boat and a 3500 Watt Arctic Cat generator.  Total value of all the items taken was estimated at $5000 to $10,000. </p>

<p>Description:    Fire alarms occurred in each of the above instances due to paper being lit on fire and activating smoke detectors in the hallway. In the incident on the 14th floor of Rice the paper was placed on a light fixture in the hallway, causing it to catch on fire.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in assisting Halifax Regional Police solve a case of a Church arson which happened on Sunday July 6, 2008</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">At 3:30 p.m., HRM police and fire responded to reports the ‘Full<br />
Gospel Church’, under construction at 806 Kearney Lake Road, was on<br />
fire. Flames and heavy smoke were visible when fire crews and police<br />
arrived. The blaze was knocked down relatively quickly, however the heat<br />
compromised the structural integrity of the building. Repair costs<br />
exceed a quarter million dollars. Fire investigators have determined the<br />
incident was an arson, and the investigation is now in the hands of<br />
police.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>RCMP in Lower Sackville, NS are investigating the recent theft of 3 trucks with Fisher snow<br />
plows. In the evening on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 a red 1996 GMC Sierra, NSL: DRZ-417,<br />
was stolen from the Sackville Sports Stadium.</p>
<p>On Thursday, January 8, 2009 at approximately 21:00 a silver 2005 Chevrolet Silverado, NSL: DZV-081, was also taken from the Sackville Sports Stadium.</p>
<p>On Wednesday, January 14, 2009, sometime after midnight, a grey 1999 GMC Sierra, NSL: EMD-999, was stolen from Windgate Drive, Sackville, NS.</p>
<p>The 2005 Chevrolet was recovered in Hammonds Plains, NS, it appears as though the target was the plow itself. There was damage to the passenger side door suggesting the use of a &#8220;Slim Jim&#8221; type of tool to enter the vehicle and the ignition on the one recovered vehicle was punched.<br />
Fisher plows can range anywhere from $5000.00 to $15,000.00</p>
<p>The suspects could have been driving a dark colored pick-up truck with a plow on it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>During the early morning hours of the 7th of September 2008 a residence on Atlantic Street in Halifax was broken into while the occupants were sleeping.</p>
<p>The victims were sleeping in the upstairs when they were awakened by an unknown black male who pointed a gun at them, ordered them not to move or he would shoot their head off.</p>
<p>The suspect opened the dresser drawer in the bedroom as well as the bedside table. He took two laptop computers, a HP computer and a Toshiba computer, as well as a black nosier cell phone.</p>
<p>He then went back downstairs and left through the front door leaving the door open and using one of the victim’s bicycles as a means of transportation to leave the area.</p>
